Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Burger buns
- Toppings (lettuce, tomato, mayo, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, making sure they are not too thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked through.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on burger buns and adding your favorite toppings.
