Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers into rounds or half-moons.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cubes, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
