Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet, ensuring they have enough space.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
If you run out of breadcrumbs, crushed cornflakes or panko can be a great alternative. You can also use olive oil instead of butter for a lighter option.
