Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet, ensuring they have enough space.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If you run out of breadcrumbs, crushed cornflakes or panko can be a great alternative. You can also use olive oil instead of butter for a lighter option.
