Instructions

- Pour in chicken or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in pastina, cook for 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice. Remove parmesan rind.
