A delightful mix of fresh strawberries, cream, and crunch, this Strawberry Crack Salad combines dessert and fruit for a crowd-pleasing treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced strawberries and sugar, if using. Let sit for 10 minutes to draw out the juices.
- In another bowl, gently fold in the whipped cream with the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers until well combined.
- Add the strawberry mixture to the whipped cream mixture and fold gently to combine.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy your refreshing and sweet salad!
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use nondairy whipped topping and vegan marshmallows. If using frozen strawberries, drain excess liquid before combining.
