Description

A delightful mix of fresh strawberries, cream, and crunch, this Strawberry Crack Salad combines dessert and fruit for a crowd-pleasing treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced strawberries and sugar, if using. Let sit for 10 minutes to draw out the juices.
  2. In another bowl, gently fold in the whipped cream with the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers until well combined.
  3. Add the strawberry mixture to the whipped cream mixture and fold gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy your refreshing and sweet salad!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use nondairy whipped topping and vegan marshmallows. If using frozen strawberries, drain excess liquid before combining.
