Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Cooking spray or additional olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Dip each artichoke heart in olive oil, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated artichokes on the prepared baking sheet.
