- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup honey

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette or crostini for serving

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese and cream cheese.
- Add honey, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Use a hand mixer or a fork to whip the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Slice the baguette and toast the slices until golden brown.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture onto the toasted crostini.
- Drizzle with additional honey and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately.
