A creamy, cheesy dip packed with fresh spinach and crunchy bacon, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
This dip can be made a day in advance and heated before serving. Feel free to use frozen spinach or Greek yogurt as alternatives.
