Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, aiming for golf ball size.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey.
