Description

A creamy and rich Hot Chocolate Cheesecake with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, perfect for impressing friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still has a slight jiggle.
  10. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
