  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping

  7. Fold in chocolate chips gently using a spatula.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  10. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  11. Top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows before serving.

Notes

For best results, prepare the cheesecake a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter.
