Description
A sweet and slightly cheesy casserole that is perfect for potlucks and holiday dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, sour cream, honey, milk, and melted butter.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious Honey Glazed Corn Casserole!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Can be assembled in advance and refrigerated before baking.
