- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the honey and stir to coat the carrots.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
