Delicious and easy honey garlic meatballs packed with flavor, ready in less than an hour.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, pepper, and salt.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, and olive oil over medium heat, stirring until blended.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Brush the sauce generously over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken. You can also use crushed crackers or oats instead of breadcrumbs.
