Description

Delicious and easy honey garlic meatballs packed with flavor, ready in less than an hour.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, pepper, and salt.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, and olive oil over medium heat, stirring until blended.
  6. Bring the sauce to a simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Brush the sauce generously over the meatballs.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken. You can also use crushed crackers or oats instead of breadcrumbs.
