Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or a dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to a baking dish and pour the marinade sauce over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
- Serve with rice or vegetables and garnish with green onions if desired.
