Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or a dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to a baking dish and pour the marinade sauce over them.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for caramelization.
  8. Serve with rice or vegetables and garnish with green onions if desired.
