Ingredients
- 1 package of cheese ravioli
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
- Olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions until they float to the top.
- Stir in the spinach or kale and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
