Ingredients

  • Ramen noodles
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pot, sautéing until aromatic.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Add sliced chicken breast, cooking until thoroughly done.
