½ cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp white wine vinegar (or preferred vinegar) ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 12 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ½ tsp sea salt ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup/agave)


Instructions

Method 1: Blender or Food Processor 1. Add all ingredients to the blender. 2. Blend until smooth and emulsified. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Method 2: Mason Jar Shake 1. Place all ingredients in a clean jar. 2. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 30–60 seconds. 3. Use immediately or refrigerate. Method 3: Hand Whisk 1. In a bowl, whisk vinegar, sweetener, garlic, and seasoning. 2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified. 3. Stir in Parmesan last for a slightly chunkier texture.

Notes
