All the flavors of a classic cheeseburger wrapped in a soft tortilla! These Cheeseburger Wraps are filled with seasoned beef, cheddar, lettuce, pickles, and a creamy homemade ‘special sauce’. Quick, fun, and family-friendly!
Ingredients

Special Sauce:
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 60 ml finely diced dill pickles
- 15 ml yellow mustard
- 45 ml ketchup
- 2 g paprika
Filling:
- 450 g ground beef (80/20 or lean)
- 1 yellow onion, diced (divided)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- 4 soft flour tortillas
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Dill pickle slices
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Make the Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika until well combined. Chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with half of the diced onion for about 7–8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Drain any excess fat.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat. Add 2 tablespoons of special sauce, a handful of shredded lettuce, pickle slices, a scoop of the beef mixture, some of the remaining raw onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Wrap: Fold into a tight wrap or burrito. Grill seam-side down in a hot dry skillet if desired for a crispy finish.
Notes
Customize with bacon, jalapeños, or tomato slices. For extra crunch, add a few potato sticks or crushed tortilla chips inside the wrap before folding.
