Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular. Marinating the chicken in seasoned buttermilk adds flavor and tenderness.
