Description
Tender, flavorful steak bites slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for busy days and incredibly versatile — serve with veggies, rice, or mash for a satisfying low-effort meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (or strip loin/ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
 - 1 tsp fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or ghee for a healthier option)
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions
- Prep the beef: Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes. Pat dry with a paper towel for better searing.
 - Season: Toss beef with salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
 - Optional sear: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and sear the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned. This step is optional but adds extra flavor.
 - Slow cook: Transfer beef to your slow cooker. Add minced garlic and butter on top.
 - Cook time:
- Low setting: 6–7 hours
 - High setting: 3–4 hours

 - Finish: Once tender and flavorful, stir the meat and garnish with chopped parsley if using.
 - Serve: Enjoy hot with your favorite side — cauliflower mash, roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.

Notes
Searing is optional but adds a rich depth to the flavor. You can substitute rosemary with thyme or Italian seasoning. For added richness, stir in a splash of beef broth or red wine before slow cooking.
