Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat, halved baby potatoes, and garlic butter.
- Pour the beef broth over the meat and potatoes.
- Season with dried thyme, salt, and pepper, then stir to coat.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
- Once cooked, serve warm in bowls.
