Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add lean ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in beef broth, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and ensure it is well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
