Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add lean ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in beef broth, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and ensure it is well coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
