Description

Delicious high protein bagel bites that are perfect for guilt-free snacking or a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-protein flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and water to the mixture. Stir until everything is combined into a dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it’s smooth and elastic, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls, each about the size of a golf ball. Create a hole in the center of each ball to shape them into bagels.
  6. Place the shaped bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top of each bagel.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
