Description
Delicious high protein bagel bites that are perfect for guilt-free snacking or a light meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup high-protein flour
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the Greek yogurt and water to the mixture. Stir until everything is combined into a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until it’s smooth and elastic, about 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls, each about the size of a golf ball. Create a hole in the center of each ball to shape them into bagels.
- Place the shaped bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each bagel.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
