Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the halved potatoes and toss to coat them evenly.
