Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
