  • 4 large potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
