Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper together until smooth and well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed mushroom.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, ensuring they’re spread out evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
