Description

Delicious herb and garlic stuffed mushrooms packed with creamy, cheesy goodness and fresh herbs—an ideal appetizer for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed mushroom.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, ensuring they’re spread out evenly.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until they’re golden brown.

Notes
