Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and bell peppers, cooking until peppers are tender.
- Add zucchini and soy sauce, cooking until zucchini is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
