  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener (like stevia or erythritol)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with peanut butter and sweetener until smooth.
  2. In silicone molds, layer a small amount of the peanut butter mixture followed by chopped strawberries, then top with more peanut butter mixture.
  3. Freeze until solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Pop out of the molds and store in the fridge or freezer.
