Description

Delicious and nutritious cookie cups made with almond flour and cocoa powder, perfect for a guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Chocolate chips (optional for filling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and press the dough into the bottom and up the sides to form cups.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes, then let them cool.
  7. Optionally, fill them with chocolate chips or your favorite healthy filling.
  8. Enjoy as a healthy dessert or snack!
