Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until tender.
- Return beef to the skillet; stir in cream of mushroom soup, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

- Pour milk over the layers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
