Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
- Add the diced red onion, celery, pickles, bell peppers, and green onions to the bowl.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
For a lighter version, consider substituting half the mayo with Greek yogurt. You can also add protein like diced ham or shredded chicken.
