  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms, cooking until they are tender.
