Ingredients

- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms, cooking until they are tender.
- Add soy sauce and rice vinegar, and mix well.
