Instructions

  2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  4. Add cubed sweet potatoes, stirring into the beef. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender. Add broth or water for moisture if needed.
  5. If using, stir in bell pepper and black beans. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
