Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering all the ingredients needed for the dish.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but bright green.
