Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering all the ingredients needed for the dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but bright green.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
