Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. Add shrimp and pineapple to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread shrimp and pineapple onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  5. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are cooked through.

Notes
