Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
 - Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
 - Place the salmon directly on the grill, skin-side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
 - In a small saucepan, combine Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and lemon juice over medium heat. Stir until well combined and warmed through.
 - Serve the grilled salmon with the creamy Dijon sauce drizzled on top and garnish with fresh herbs.
