A refreshing and healthy green detox smoothie that is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash the spinach and cucumber.
- Chop the apple and cucumber into small pieces.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
For best taste, use fresh ingredients. You can substitute kale for spinach or coconut water for regular water or almond milk.
