Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- Chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add cooked chicken and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add white beans, green chiles, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
