Description

A classic comfort food that combines tender green beans in creamy mushroom soup, topped with crispy onions for a delightful blend of flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheddar cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until green beans are coated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, uncovered.
  5. Stir in half of the crispy fried onions and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining crispy fried onions and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
