Ingredients
- 2 cups trimmed green beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix green beans, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the green bean mixture in the center of each square, fold over, and pinch edges to seal.
- Sprinkle crispy fried onions on top of each bite.
