Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and ensure each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is golden-brown and cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a wonderful wrap, serve in warm pita bread with tzatziki sauce, fresh cucumber, and tomatoes. You can also serve over rice or with grilled vegetables.
