Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, then sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken or pork stock and let it simmer. Stir in soy sauce and miso paste, seasoning with salt to taste. Let the broth simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the fresh ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
