Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1½ cups cooked pasta (shells or rotini)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned.
  2. Add the drained corn, ranch dressing, sour cream, onion powder, and cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
