A one-pan wonder that blends savory beef, sweet corn, and creamy ranch with melty cheddar cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can corn, drained
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1½ cups cooked pasta (shells or rotini)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned.
- Add the drained corn, ranch dressing, sour cream, onion powder, and cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover, and let sit for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
