Ingredients
- Broccoli florets
- Gochujang
- Olive oil
- Garlic (minced)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets with olive oil, gochujang, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the broccoli is well coated.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
Cut the broccoli into similar-sized florets for even cooking. Adjust the gochujang amount to suit your spice preference.
