Description

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets
  • Gochujang
  • Olive oil

  • Sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets with olive oil, gochujang, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the broccoli is well coated.
  4. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

Cut the broccoli into similar-sized florets for even cooking. Adjust the gochujang amount to suit your spice preference.
