Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into even pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the carrots to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the glaze.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
