Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and let the shrimp stay warm.
  6. Top each crostini with a slice of avocado, then add the garlic shrimp. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
