Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and let the shrimp stay warm.
- Top each crostini with a slice of avocado, then add the garlic shrimp. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
