Easy and delicious Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms that are perfect for impressing friends and family with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra parsley on top.
Notes
Feel free to add crumbled bacon for extra flavor or use ricotta cheese if you don’t have cream cheese.
