Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with garlic.
- Mix in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For creaminess, reserve a bit of pasta water before draining. Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
