Description

A comforting and simple pasta dish featuring garlic and parmesan, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 50g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with garlic.
  5. Mix in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For creaminess, reserve a bit of pasta water before draining. Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
