Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For leftovers, refrigerate promptly and consume within 3-4 days. Consider freezing for longer storage.
