Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
